Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TruSelf website (truself.health) and the wellness programmes and services we provide. By accessing our website, enquiring or booking, you agree to them. Please read them carefully; if you do not agree, please do not use our services.
About Us
TruSelf is a person-centred wellness practice based in Edinburgh, offering psychotherapy, personal training, clinical nutrition and longevity programmes. You can contact us at info@truself.health.
Our Services
We offer structured wellness programmes (Neuro, Meta and Totality) and related add-ons. Inclusions and pricing are described on our website and confirmed when you book. We may adapt the content of a programme to suit your individual needs and goals.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
Health Disclaimer
Our programmes support your wellbeing but are not a substitute for emergency medical care or for advice from your GP or specialist. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any health concerns, please consult a qualified medical professional before starting. In an emergency, contact the emergency services or NHS 24. You take part in physical training and other activities at your own risk and should stop and seek help if you feel unwell.
Your Responsibilities
To get the most from your programme and to keep you safe, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health and circumstances, to follow the guidance given by our practitioners, and to tell us promptly of any changes to your health.
Bookings, Fees & Payment
Programme fees are shown on our website and confirmed at booking. Payment terms, including any deposit, will be set out when you book. Your place is confirmed once we have received the agreed payment or deposit.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Our cancellation and refund terms will be provided at the time of booking. Some fees may be non-refundable where services have already been delivered or costs incurred on your behalf.
Our results promise. We are confident in what we do. If you keep to your programme in full, attending your sessions and following the plan your team agrees with you, and by the end of it you have not achieved the goals we agreed with you in writing at the start, we will refund your programme fee in full. Tell us in writing when your programme ends and we will arrange it.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our programmes, including text, materials, branding and resources, belongs to TruSelf and may not be copied, shared or reused without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
We take great care in delivering our services, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your data.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website is the one that applies to your use of our services.
